At this stage, Totem the Label only ship to addresses located within Australia.
Our dispatch team operates 9am – 5pm AEST from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Sydney.

Dispatch Timeframes
Orders submitted prior to 1pm AEST will be dispatched by the close of business the following business day.
For orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, processing will occur within 24 hours the following business day. During sales periods, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
All purchases from Totem the Label are tracked. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. Should no one be available to sign for your parcel upon delivery, the courier will leave a notification card and you will be able to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office
