Full Priced & Sale Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving to be eligible for a refund. The item must be in its original condition, with tags still on, not worn, altered, or washed. The cost of return postage is at the purchasers expense. We recommend using a trackable service to minimise the risk of your parcel being lost. 

Please ensure you fill out the Returns Form on the back of your invoice and include it in your return package.

Final Sale

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return. Should we deem the item faulty, Totem the label will arrange a repair or replacement. If the item is not be able to be repaired and a replacement not available, a refund will be provided.

Purchased Using a Discount Code

Any item purchased using a promotional code, including Welcome Code, can be returned for a full refund. The total refunded amount will be less the original shipping charges. 

Faulty Items

It is highly important to us here at Totem the Label that we deliver top quality products to our customers. If on a rare occasion, a faulty product is received, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at hello@totemthelabel.com. When contacting us,  please provide your order number along with a photo depicting the fault. The Customer Care Team will be in touch with a resolution as soon as possible.
